I also called and requested a few courses that were not available and while the company states an unmapped course will be mapped within 5-10 business days, I was notified by e-mail four days later that the courses that I had requested were mapped. Ben Says, Best GPS unit for the money. I have used it on 5 different courses, yardages are right on with Sky Caddie and other more expensive units that my buddies own. You have to remember to advance the unit to the next hole (it does not do it automatically). Even without knowing this I would still purchase this unit. P.S. The company’s customer service is definitely the best (they answer e-mails and do everything they can to enhance the product).
